Yes. Lawyers create client accounts, control access to case documents and review client uploads before adding them to the case collection.
Verita searches available text within your chosen scope and supplies selected passages to the AI. Current retrieval uses keywords and word forms; differently worded evidence may be missed. You can inspect the references and narrow the selection.
Use original digital documents where possible. Files without usable text can have a written description. AI can reference that description with the filename; it does not independently verify the image. Previously extracted OCR may contain errors.
Case access is controlled by account permissions. Selected text and descriptions are sent to OpenAI when you ask an AI question. Original documents remain in your workspace. Hosting and data-handling terms will be agreed before a production account is activated.
Lawyers can export their accessible case data and documents. Account removal preserves shared cases for other authorised users. You remain in control of whether to continue using the service.
The workspace supports Armenian, English and Russian. Source documents retain their original language.
